Tyler Owen

Tyler Owen is in his ninth year of teaching at Wilson & Young and is in his eighth year as Director of Bands. His responsibilities include directing the Symphonic Band, the Front Line Jazz Band, and teaching flute, trumpet, and low brass. Under Mr. Owen's direction, the Symphonic Band has received sweepstakes every single year at UIL Concert and Sightreading. Mr. Owen received his Bachelor of Music Education from Eastern New Mexico University. Mr. Owen lives in Midland, TX with his wife Tracy.
